Enjoyed a lovely garden view and the double superior room was spacious and comfy 🌳. The staff here are top-notch and genuinely excellent.

It's beautifuly designed and spotlessly clean hotel, has perfect and nice location in the centrum. The staff are very supportive and service-minded people at the reception desk.

Location! hotel is located a minute's walk from Rathaus Metro Station in the city centre. museum quarter and other attractions are just a few steps away. Vienna City Hall is also within easy reach. staff is nice enough to help in any matter. Thank you, it was not very comfortable to sleep, as they are soft.

That's not five stars. Three is the maximum... There was a special offer for biking, we were very happy to get caught. Usually five stars for three nights cost about 30, 000-35, 000. That's 24 with a ponytail. he arrived, joy was gone. No idea, we took an improved room for two. I don't know what's in regular rooms... There was one person in the bathroom, no toothbrushes or paste. Turns out they're only issued upon request. water in the bottles is paid at 3. 5 euros. Although it's been a long time since the water in the room has been free, even in cracks... They don't report towels... I started looking at the hotel information on the website again, for some reason the stars disappeared. Apparently, we're not the only ones.

The location here is fantastic, offering a shuttle service to the airport, a nice restaurant nearby, and double superior rooms with a view of the yard, along with a sensational breakfast.

The room was updated and exceptionally clean, with exceptionally comfortable bed and shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath robes in the bathroom. The location was marvellous, in the 08. Josefstadt district and nearby a tube station. The service here was exceptional.

Tasty food at the restaurant, they offered fancy dishes and I went for something lighter. 🍽️

The breakfast here was amazing, they had fresh orange juice, eggs made just the way you like them, and a great selection of meats.

Chic place, it was fairly clean and had efficient and accommodating staff at the reception desk. We were in an incredible location within walking distance of Hands Up. There was an excellent restaurant not too far from the hotel.

The double room had a lovely feel and was updated. The location was fantastic and incredible.I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with eggs cooked to order and cheese.

Beautiful location - all close by. You can reach the main attractions on foot, subway is also close by, tram stops are nearby if you want to go by public transport. Spacious and comfortable room. glass walls in the bathroom look a little weird, blinds can solve this "problem". presence of Russian-speaking staff was a pleasant surprise). We did not use the proposed sauna, its presence in the cool weather was a pleasant surprise. Stylish design of the rooms and hotel in general.

For five stars, I'd like to see bottled water in a room, not in a minibar for money, but for nothing... Haven't seen a shower cap, such a trifle, but it's always not even in five stars. Obviously, you can ask for it, but it would be better to have it right in the room. These little things can be easily fixed, I hope the administration will take into account. There's a bigger problem that's harder to solve. The windows were on the roadway with quite a busy traffic from early morning until late at night. Plus practically underneath the windows, there's construction of something grandiose. Work started from 7:00 a.m. to the evening. The windows are large, beautiful, wooden, but their soundproofing is simply no, so it was very noisy, and wanted peace and quiet.
